The “Large apartment” is 65m2 large with three rooms (living room, children`s room, bathroom and two terraces) and an amazing view of the Adriatic sea.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
– Priced from 60 to 90€ per day (depending on the number of persons and the period of the season)
– Features a living room with a dining area and a kitchen, bedroom, children`s room and a bathroom
– The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, dishes and a dinner set
– The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine
– Living room is equipped with satellite TV and digital TV receiver (domestic and foreign programs), and a CD player
– Apartment features two terraces (living room and children`s room) and a direct view of the sea
– Separate entrance
– Guests are provided with towels and sheets during their stay
– A steam iron and an ironing desk are also provided
– Restaurant just 10 meters away (in a hotel next door)
– Grocery store 500 meters away
– Beach less than 100 meters away
– Air conditioning 10€/day extra
– Pets 5€/day extra
– Advance payments for reservations are not returned
– The rest of the agreed price of accommodation is to be payed upon arrival (the entire amount minus the advance payment)
